Civita Festival 2025

CivitaFestival returns to the National Archaeological Museum of the Agro Falisco and Forte Sangallo.

From Aug. 26 to Sept. 10, 2025, Civita Castellana will host the 37th edition of CivitaFestival, which again this year makes a stop at one of its most evocative venues: the National Archaeological Museum of Agro Falisco and Forte Sangallo. A unique combination of music and history within the ancient walls of the 16th-century complex.

In addition to the press conference presentation, the program features three musical events not to be missed:

• Wednesday, Aug. 27 - 9 p.m., Major Courtyard
  "Morricone and More " - Orchestra Giuseppe Tartini
  A tribute to the great soundtracks of Morricone, Bacalov, Rota and other masters of cinema.

• Monday, Sept. 1 - 9 p.m., Minor Courtyard
  "Between Flesh and Heaven " - Orchestra Domenico Mazzocchi
  Concert dedicated to Pier Paolo Pasolini, 50 years after his death.

• Wednesday, Sept. 10 - 9 p.m., Major Courtyard
  Orchestra Domenico Mazzocchi - City of Civita Castellana, conducted by Fabio Galadini.

The project is supported by the Ministry of Culture and aims to enhance the link between art, archaeology and the land.
