A single ticket for a great journey in northern Lazio: the circuit of archaeological museums is born
As of April 14, 2025, exploring the wonders of Northern Latium will become even easier and more convenient thanks to the new cumulative ticket for the area's National Archaeological Museums. With a single admission ticket, it will be possible to access five extraordinary museum venues that bear witness to centuries of Etruscan and Roman history, art, and culture.
The circuit includes:
-The Vulci Archaeological Museum and Abbadia Castle in Canino
-The National Archaeological Museum in Tuscania
-The National Etruscan Museum of Rocca Albornoz in Viterbo
-The National Archaeological Museum of the Agro Falisco and Forte Sangallo in Civita Castellana
-The National Archaeological Museum of Civitavecchia
The cumulative ticket costs 15 euros, is valid for one year and allows one admission to each museum. Single tickets also remain available, and a reduced rate of 2 euros is available for young people between 18 and 25 years of age who are EU citizens. Admission is free for the categories stipulated in Ministerial Decree 507/1997.
Tickets can be purchased:
-at the ticket offices, or totems, of participating museums
-online via theMusei Italiani app or the Musei Italiani portal
An initiative promoted by the Regional Directorate National Museums Lazio to enhance the cultural heritage of the territory, offering the public a unique opportunity to travel through time among the archaeological treasures of northern Lazio.
