Article 47 - Penalties for specific cases.
1. Failure to disclose or incomplete disclosure of the information and data referred to in Article 14, concerning the overall financial situation of the office holder at the time of assuming office, ownership of enterprises, own shareholdings, spouse and relatives within the second degree, as well as all remuneration to which the assumption of office entitles, results in a pecuniary administrative sanction of 500 to 10,000 euros against the person responsible for the failure to disclose, and the relevant measure is published on the website of the administration or body concerned.
2. Violation of the publication obligations referred to in Article 22, paragraph 2, results in a pecuniary administrative sanction of 500 to 10,000 euros against the person responsible for the violation. The same sanction shall be applied to corporate directors who fail to notify public shareholders of their office and related compensation within thirty days of its conferral or, in the case of performance allowances, within thirty days of its receipt.
