Hendrik Christian Andersen Museum

EASY MUSEUM. Experimental Project of Cultural Communication and Accessibility. This is an educational-experimental project developed within the framework of the agreement between the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio and the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism implemented in collaboration with the Superintendence of the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art - H.C. Andersen Museum and the National Union for the Fight against Illiteracy (UNLA)
Through an integrated communication system, the project aims to promote the enjoyment of the museum by all types of audiences and to encourage cultural access for those with specific difficulties. The main target audiences of the project are adults with aspects of functional illiteracy, people with visual or hearing disabilities, foreign immigrant communities or all those with specific difficulties in actively participating in the knowledge of the national cultural heritage. The initiative has made possible the inauguration of new physical and digital displays that fully take into account the aforementioned problems.
