Presentation of the progress of the restoration work on the gardens of Villa Lante

The meeting, dedicated to the presentation of the restoration project of the gardens of Villa Lante in Bagnaia (VT), initiated with the signing of the works on January 15, will begin at 12.00 at the Palazzina Montalto and will be attended by Elisabetta Scungio, Regional Director National Museums Lazio and delegate for the Monumental Villas of Tuscia, Lara Anniboletti, Officer in charge of Villa Lante, Alfonso Antoniozzi, Councillor for Culture of the Municipality of Viterbo and Marina Cogotti, architect in charge of the project PNRR 2.3 "Programs to enhance the identity of places: parks and historic gardens." The project, funded with 7,000,000 euros under the PNRR, involves the restoration of the garden and its fountains, the restoration of plant systems and the care of the plant heritage. At 12:30 p.m. participants will be able to take part in a tour of the construction site, during which the planned interventions will be explained.
