Procession of Our Lady of the Mountains

The cultural project is dedicated to the ancient procession of the Madonna dei Monti on May 1, which from Villa Giustiniani crossing the park ended in the church, a tradition linked to Bassano identity, interrupted for over fifty years and returned to the community for the first time in 2021.
An example of the recovery of territorial intangible heritage, the procession sees the involvement of all city realities, particularly institutions, associations and schools, in a participatory path of identification, sharing, co-planning and re-appropriation of memories and values in which to recognize themselves as a community.
The procession becomes an opportunity to promote enhancement actions in the field of arts, research, music and theater, around the villa and the park of Villa Giustiniani.
