European Night of Museums 2024

Saturday, May 18, 2024, the European Night of Museums returns, the initiative promoted by the French Ministry of Culture and sponsored by UNESCO, the Council of Europe and ICOM, which takes place simultaneously throughout Europe with the aim of encouraging and promoting knowledge of national and European heritage and cultural identity.
The Lazio Regional Museums Directorate is once again participating in the event, now in its 20th year, with the evening opening of state museums and cultural venues at the symbolic cost of 1 euro (except for the free admission provided by law).
The extraordinary openings will be enriched by events and initiatives organized in collaboration with organizations and associations, to raise awareness of the activities of the institutes and promote knowledge of cultural heritage in a particularly evocative atmosphere.
