Executive measures

Legislative Decree 33/2013 - Article 23 - Publication obligations concerning administrative measures
1. Public administrations shall publish and update every six months, in separate partitions of the "Transparent Administration" section, the lists of measures adopted by political bodies and managers, with particular reference to the final measures of the procedures of:
(a) authorization or concession;
(b) choice of contractor for the awarding of works, supplies and services, also with reference to the selection method chosen in accordance with the Code of Public Contracts, relating to works, services and supplies, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 163 of April 12, 2006;
c) competitions and selective tests for the recruitment of personnel and career progressions referred to in Article 24 of Legislative Decree No. 150 of 2009;
d) agreements entered into by the administration with private entities or other public administrations.
2. For each of the measures included in the lists referred to in paragraph 1, the content, subject matter, any planned expenditure and details of the main documents contained in the file relating to the procedure shall be published. Publication takes place in the form of a summary sheet, automatically produced when forming the document containing the act.
