Legislative Decree 33/2013 - Article 35, paragraph 3 - Publication obligations relating to administrative procedures and checks on substitute declarations and the ex officio acquisition of data
3. Public administrations shall publish on the institutional website:
(a) the telephone numbers and institutional e-mail box of the office responsible for activities aimed at managing, guaranteeing and verifying the transmission of data or direct access to them by the proceeding administrations pursuant to Articles 43, 71 and 72 of Presidential Decree No. 445 of December 28, 2000;
(b) the framework conventions designed to regulate the methods of access to the data referred to in Article 58 of the Code of Digital Administration, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 82 of March 7, 2005;
(c) the further modalities for the timely ex officio acquisition of data as well as for the performance of checks on substitute declarations by the proceeding administrations.
