Article 20, paragraph 2 - Obligations to publish data on performance appraisal and distribution of staff bonuses
2. Public administrations shall publish data on the size of the average bonus achievable by managerial and non-managerial staff, data on the distribution of accessory treatment, in aggregate form, in order to give an account of the level of selectivity used in the distribution of bonuses and incentives, as well as data on the degree of differentiation in the use of bonuses for both managers and employees.
