Article 17 , paragraph 1,2 - Obligations to publish data on non-permanent personnel
1. Public administrations shall publish annually, within the framework of the provisions of Article 16, paragraph 1, the data on personnel with nonpermanent employment relationship, with the indication of the different types of relationships, the distribution of these personnel among different qualifications and professional areas, including personnel assigned to the offices of direct collaboration with the political bodies. The publication includes the list of holders of fixed-term contracts.
2. Public administrations shall publish quarterly data on the total cost of the personnel referred to in paragraph 1, broken down by professional areas, with particular regard to personnel assigned to offices of direct collaboration with the organs of political guidance.
