Art. 32, c. 1 - Publication obligations concerning services provided
1. Public administrations shall publish the service charter or the document containing the quality standards of public services.
The Service Quality Charter meets the need to set principles and rules in the relationship between the administration and citizens.
The Service Quality Charter is the act by which the museum presents itself to the public through a concise description of its identity and mission, functions and activities; it identifies the services, forms and ways through which users can access them. It therefore performs the dual function of a museum presentation charter and a charter of users' rights.
The Charter is a communication and information tool that allows users to learn about the services offered, the methods and standards promised, to verify that commitments made are met, and to express their evaluations, including through forms of complaint.
The charter is updated periodically to consolidate the quality levels achieved and record changes through the implementation of improvement projects, which may also result from monitoring user opinion.
