Notices of competition
1. Without prejudice to other legal disclosure requirements, public administrations shall publish notices of competitions for the recruitment, in any capacity, of personnel in the administration.
2. The public administrations shall publish and keep constantly updated the list of notices of competitions in progress, as well as the list of notices of competitions held during the last three years, accompanied by the indication, for each of them, of the number of employees recruited and the expenditures made.
