Magnificent. Summer performances in the shadow of beauty

From Aug. 16, the Regional Directorate National Museums Lazio, in collaboration with LazioCrea and the Municipality of Collepardo, presents "Magnifica. Summer shows in the shadow of beauty," a rich program of artistic-cultural events that will enliven the solemn environments of the Certosa di Trisulti. The performances will create a narrative, in some cases unprecedented, in the spaces of the Charterhouse, particularly in the square in front of the Church of St. Bartholomew.

This is the calendar of events:

-Friday,Aug. 16, 6 p.m. In the shadow of the Carthusian Monastery: concert in which four opera singers will perform the most famous arias, duets from the Italian opera repertoire and songs and songs from the Neapolitan and international repertoire. The singers will be accompanied by the notes of a piano;

-Saturday,Aug. 17, 6 p.m. Anno Domini, Sancti et Omini: narrative, in recital form, inherent in the spread of Christianity in the medieval period. A theatrical performance with live music and singing with a strong impact on the audience;

-Sunday,Aug. 18, 6 p.m. Galileo Quartet and Clarinet: musical performance by a string quartet, performing two pieces in tribute to Giacomo Puccini to mark the centenary of his death. The addition of the clarinet will complete the program with one of Mozart's best-known works;

-Tuesday,Aug. 20, 6 p.m. Unforgettable Melodies: concert based on the interweaving of music and emotions with melodies from the opera repertoire;

-Wednesday,Aug. 21, 6 p.m. Clarinet Quartet: musical performance featuring clarinets, based on a very wide repertoire, from classical and film music to pop and folk.
