Independent evaluation bodies, evaluation nuclei or other bodies with similar functions

Legislative Decree 33/2013 - Article 31, paragraph 1 - Publication obligations concerning data on controls on the organization and activity of the administration
1. The public administrations shall publish, together with the acts to which they refer, the findings that have not been acknowledged by the internal control bodies, the administrative and accounting audit bodies and all findings even if acknowledged by the Court of Auditors, concerning the organization and activity of the administration or individual offices.
